new web-based database management system for FHA approved Nonprofits. Learn how
to access training materials such as User Guides, tutorial videos & links
to web based training sessions. Functions are provided for application, recertification,
tracking inventory of REO properties purchased by approved NPOs, performing calculations
of approved net development costs, & tracking the resale of properties to qualified
