New Nonprofit Data Management System (NPDMS): Learn online about FHA's new web-based database management system for FHA approved Nonprofits. Learn how to access training materials such as User Guides, tutorial videos & links to web based training sessions. Functions are provided for application, recertification, tracking inventory of REO properties purchased by approved NPOs, performing calculations of approved net development costs, & tracking the resale of properties to qualified buyers. Annual reports: Nonprofit agencies approved to buy HUD homes must submit their annual report to FHA every February 1st. Also, all nonprofit agencies must recertify every 2 years. You can calculate your recertification date by looking at the date of your approval letter and adding 2 years. See FHA Mortgagee Letter 2000-08 for all report formats. Also see ML 01-30 and 02-01 for new program requirements. Send your reports to the FHA Homeownership Center that serves your state.
